Vertical Paling Semi-Privacy Panel Kit Dimensions: 2388mm Wide x 1800mm High

Material: White UV-stabilized PVC with titanium dioxide for added protection
Design:
- Top Rail: 2388mm W x 89mm H x 51mm D; 2.8mm wall thickness
- Bottom Rail: 2388mm W x 89mm H x 51mm D; 2.8mm wall thickness with an aluminum insert for added rigidity
- Palings: 1690mm H x 76mm W x 22mm D, with a 58.5mm gap between palings
- Palings easily insert into punched rails
Overall Height: Achieves a total panel height of 1800mm
Assembly: Flat pack kit in a box for easy assembly
Optional Extra: Midrail sold separately. The midrail is recommended for installations with fence heights from 1500mm up to 1800mm. Refer to page 49 for guidance on midrail installation.

Ideal For: Front or boundary fencing, providing a balance of privacy and style with its semi-privacy design.

Installation Styles for Panels and Posts

Style 1: 1800mm High with Midrail (Center)

Installation:
- Suits existing routed slots in posts for bottom and top rails.
- Requires midrail: Route slots in posts or install with shrouds.

Style 2: 1800mm High with Midrail (¾ Up)

Installation:
- Suits existing routed slots in posts for bottom rail and top rail.
- Requires midrail: Route slots in posts or install with shrouds.

Style 3: Under 1500mm High with No Midrail

Installation Options:
- Method 1: Use a 2100mm high full post (with no slot holes) and install the top and bottom rails using shrouds only. Cut vertical palings to the required height.
- Method 2: Route new bottom rail slot to suit the new panel installation height. Cut vertical palings to the required height.

Style 4: Under 1500mm High Picket with Points Level

Installation:
- Method 1: Use the existing pre-routed slot at the bottom of the post. Adjust the height from the top of the post by cutting off the existing top slot and routing a new slot at the desired height. Discard the top rail in the kit and purchase a midrail to use as the top rail.
- Method 2: Use a 2100mm high full post (with no slot holes). Cut palings to the required height and press in triangular pointed toppers.

Style 5: Under 1500mm High Pickets with Points Starting Higher

Installation:

I've just finished my fencing project and cannot be happier with the end result. Here are a few points: 1. Delivery was a few days ahead of plan. 2. All parts were well prepared, packed and wrapped for transport - no damaged on more than 70 pieces. 3. Sliding gate and pedestrian gate were cut to measure - this makes it so much easier to assemble if you are confident in your measurements. The rest of my fence was 6100mm slats which I cut on site. Tip - make use of the resources they provide to get your foundations and rail measurements right if you are doing a sliding gate. 4. If you want endless patience, ask for Alistair. The poor guy answered more than 30 emails from me before the order was placed - big thanks to you! 5. The installation is not as intimidating as one might think, once the posts were in the rest went up in a day. 6. I will definitely be making use of these guys in the future. 7. Still have some finishing to do but here is my progress so far...
